What is included in a membership?
Membership includes access to an incredible catalog of video and audio recordings. Subscribers also receive exclusive access to full-length Vedic classical music albums.
How do I access my account?
During sign-up you will set a username and password for your account – thereafter use the same login credentials to login to the Hansavedas Academy app on your mobile device.
How can I change my account details or credit card on file?
To change or update your account information, log onto the website at hansavedas.academy and click on "Dashboard".
Once logged in, you can change:
email address
name
password
payment method on file
payment history
subscription plan or cancel your subscription if you are subscribed directly through us
redeem a gift card and add the gift card balance to your existing account
How do I download videos for offline viewing?
Hansavedas Academy is a streaming service, but you can download any of the videos to the mobile app to play offline for as long as you have an active subscription. Videos cannot be downloaded to a computer.
How to Download
Open the Hansavedas Academy app
Tap on the video you want to download
Look for the arrow icon
Tap the arrow to start the download
Where to Find Your Downloads List
Open the Hansavedas Academy app
Tap on 'Account' button on the menu at the bottom of the screen
Tap on 'Downloads' to see your list of downloads
To remove a video from your downloads list, open the video then tap 'Delete'.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply login to your account (with the username and password you set at the time of sign-up) and follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partially unused membership periods.
